abstract | A process for preparation of organic and mineral fertilizer comprises delivery of sludge from clarifiers of chemical water preparation of heat and power plant to automatic chamber filter presses for dehydration and after-drying. The sludge is dehydrated at sludge accumulators to humidity of 50 % and delivered to drying aggregate, where a part of combustion gases is discharged from the heat and power plant boiler, the dried product along with combustion gases is entered to gas flue and is entrapped by drum filter, which maintains the drying temperature of 150-200 DEGREE C, where it is after-dried to the content of humidity less than 10 %. The product is delivered to packaging line from the filter. |
