abstract | A glazed cheese curd on biscuit contains a cheese curd mass in the form of a cylinder or rectangular prism or other regular figure which consists of acid curd cheese of various fatness, additives in the form of vanillin or cocoa, or raisins, or nuts, or jam, or dried apricot, taste additives, fruit additives, and basis of biscuit on which the cheese curd mass is located. The cheese curd mass and basis are glazed by chocolate or milk-chocolate or milk or aromatized or nut or fruit glaze. The basis is made in the form of rectangular prism or U-like shape with open top and adjoining from below to the cheese curd mass, or in the form of biscuit layer covering the cheese curd mass from all sides, and glazing is performed after applying cheese mass on the biscuit basis or after covering of the cheese mass by biscuit layer. |
