titleOfInvention | Method for production of complex humin fertilizer from sapropel |
abstract | A method for production of complex humin fertilizer from sapropel provides technological treatment of sapropel with use of grinding and mixing unit, in particular: grinding sapropel, preparation of water suspension thereof, treatment with alkaline reagent in the form of caustic potash, bringing pH to optimal value, addition of mineral component, mixing on the process unit with obtaining homogenous mixture, precipitation. In the course of production the technology cycle is carried out on process cavitation unit "Kompas" in conditions of two-stage cavitation, which first stage is carried out after the addition to water suspension of sapropel of alkaline reagent in the form of caustic potash in solid form by cavitation dispersion influence on technological reaction mixture with respective grinding sapropel till obtaining particles thereof of increased dispersity and lixiviation of insoluble salts of calcium, iron, magnesium, humin and fulvoacids. Thereafter the obtained alkaline suspension of sapropel of increased dispersity is neutralized by orthophosphoric acid. Then the second stage of cavitation is carried out by cavitation mixing the obtained suspension of sapropel of increased dispersity and mineral component. |
