titleOfInvention Method for treating destructive pancreatitis
abstract The method for treating the destructive pancreatitis comprises laparotomy, the drainage of the omental bursa through the dissected gastrocolic ligament, the marsupialization of the omental bursa, the postoperative administration of antibiotics, inhibitors of proteolysis and spasmolytics. The intraarterial catheter is extended outside to the skin through the additional puncture of the abdominal wall in such a way that the proximal segment of the gastro-omental artery locates over the aponeurosis level of the external oblique muscle of the abdomen in the subcutaneous fat. The catheter is fixed to the skin with the aid of the additional sutures. Postoperatively, the following drugs are administered intra-arterially: Ceftriaxon 2.0 + Dexamethason 8 mg + Lidocaine 20 mg + 0.9% solution of sodium chloride to 50 mL in the mode of continuous 8-hour infusion for 5-7 days.
