The method for the transscleral cryotherapy comprises the retrobulbar anesthesia with 2% solution of Lidocaine, the separation of conjunctiva, the application of the holding sutures to the muscles rectus of the eyeball, cryocyclo- and cryoretinoapplications, oculocompression, cryoapplications for cryocyclopexia and cryoretinopexia, the fixation of the conjunctive with the aid of interrupted sutures, the administration of dexametasone and gentamipin solutions, and the application of the aseptic monocular bandage. |
