titleOfInvention METHOD OF DETERMINING THE NUMBER OF NITROGEN WHICH ADDITIONALLY ACCUMULATES IN THE SOIL AFTER LEGUMIN GROWING (EXAMPLE OF SOYBEAN)
abstract The method of determining the amount of nitrogen in the soil after growing legumes (eg soybeans) involves the parallel cultivation of legumes, part of the seeds of which are treated with an inoculant. The rest of the legumes grown before sowing are not treated with inoculants and the difference in nitrogen content in the leaf mass of plants (Nrosl.) = (Ninok. Rosl.-Nneinok. Rosl.) Receive the amount of nitrogen that enters the soil with plant residues. At the same time determine, according to the known method, the parameters of mineral nitrogen reserves in the soil after growing both groups of soybeans (Nsoil) = (Nsoil inoc. Plant. - Nsoil. Non-soil. Plant), and get the amount of nitrogen that accumulates in the soil due nitrogen fixation, and the sum of both components determines the total amount of nitrogen by the formula: (Nsymb. nitrogen.) = (Nrosl.) + (Nsoil.), which additionally accumulates in the soil due to symbiotic nitrogen fixation.
