| abstract | The method of combined surgical treatment of primary open-angle glaucoma involves the tunnel trabeculopuncture with perforations of the anterior wall of the helmet canal. Additionally, FACO emulsification of cataract with implantation of an intraocular lens, the feature of which is painting the front capsule with methylene blue solution for its better visualization and preservation of the latter in physical solution, perform perforation of the inner wall of the helmet-like channel, so that they are incoherent. In the cavity of the helmet canal on both sides of the filtration zone enter the remnants of the anterior capsule of the lens, carry out the repositioning of the external scleral flap, impose adaptive sutures on the conjunctiva, perform hydroadaptation of the paracentesis, conduct subconjunctuctic injections. |
