titleOfInvention METHOD OF OBTAINING A SOLUTION OF A MIXTURE OF OXYGEN AND CHLORINE-CONTAINING OXIDANTS
abstract The invention belongs to the chemical and pulp and paper industry, in particular to the method of obtaining solutions of hydrogen peroxide and oxygen compounds of chlorine, which can be used in the processes of water purification and disinfection, in the bleaching of pulp, as well as for the production of chlorine dioxide. A method of obtaining a solution of a mixture of oxygen- and chlorine-containing oxidants from an aqueous solution of an alkali metal salt using a plasma discharge on the surface of a liquid reaction mass, with a discharge current of 70-180 mA, a voltage of 450-1000 V, a distance from the anode to the surface of the processing medium 5-10 mm, the temperature of the solution is below its boiling point, pH 2-11, the ratio of the volume of the liquid phase of the reactor to the volume flow rate of the solution is from 50:1 to 5:1, according to the invention, the solution is treated in the conditions of a flowing gas-liquid reactor by the discharge of a contact low-temperature plasma at atmospheric pressure and sodium chloride concentration of 0.051±3% mol/l. The invention provides an increase in energy efficiency, is easy to use and is compact in terms of the size of the reactors.
