The hydrolysis is carried out at a temperature of 40-45 ° C for 4-6 hours in a solution of acetic acid in the presence of an enzyme preparation, followed by alkalisation of the obtained mass with a solution of sodium carbonate Na2CO3 to pH 6.5-7.0, separating the precipitate formed and clarifying the hydrolyzate.
