abstract The method of chromatographic determination of the quantitative content of bisoprolol and enalapril in the presence of enalaprilat in human plasma involves the preparation of control and standard solutions, as well as solutions of internal standard (verapamil), followed by their chromatography and calculation of the quantitative content of bisoprolol, enalaprilaz. Preparation of control and standard solutions is carried out by dissolving the appropriate substances in a mixture of water-methanol (80:20) and solutions of the internal standard in a mixture of acetonitrile-methanol (50:50); using a Discovery C18 chromatographic column, 50 × 2.1 mm, with a particle size of 5 μm.
