titleOfInvention METHOD OF REHABILITATION OF CHILDREN WITH DISORDERS OF MOTION FUNCTIONS
abstract A method of rehabilitation of children with impaired motor functions involves carrying out kinesiotherapy by forceful influence on the problem areas of the musculoskeletal system. A Gravistat reflex-loading device is put on and fitted to the patient, to which individually adapted orthopedic shoes are attached by means of adjustable rods. With the help of adjustable rods, individually adapted orthopedic shoes, as far as possible, eliminate pathological foot installations, bringing them closer to physiological ones. Eliminate as much as possible pathological installations of the musculoskeletal system with the help of the gravistat rods and regulate the load on its separate segments. Fix the thrust in the loading system. In the position of the musculoskeletal system, as close as possible to the physiological, conduct a course of kinesitherapy daily for 30-60 minutes in two approaches with a gradual increase in load. In parallel, according to the adopted methods, shown shown to this patient individual medication and physiotherapy treatment. If necessary, conduct a massage. The course of training kinetherapy, depending on the individual capabilities of the patient, ranges from 10 to 14 days. Thereafter, the patient is provided with individual orthopedic shoes or orthoses for use at home.
