abstract The method of obtaining vegetable oil with iron-containing antioxidant additive is characterized by purification and drying of seeds, destruction of the seed skin and its separation from the nucleus, processing of seeds, pressing (spinning), refining and settling. During the settling stage, an iron-containing additive (lipid-magnetite suspension) in an amount of 0.2 wt. % to 1.0 wt. %, and homogenized by simple stirring at room temperature for 2-3 minutes.
