abstract | The invention relates to the technology of inorganic substances. The method of obtaining dispersed cobalt ferrite from stock solutions of 0.5M ferrous sulfate (II) and cobalt sulfate (II), taken in a stoichiometric ratio, as in ferrite, co-precipitation of a mixture with 1M alkali solution. The ferritation process is carried out by treating a suspension of polyhydroxocomplexes obtained by pH = 11.5-12.0 by precipitation, incandescent discharge in a plasma chemical reactor for 5-10 minutes at a temperature of 30-40 IC, at a cathode current density in the range of 150-200 A / dm2 . The method provides a high degree of ferritization, high magnet characteristics of the dispersed cobalt ferrite and eliminates the use of oxidizing reagent. |
