titleOfInvention METHOD OF DIAGNOSIS OF THE DEGREE OF ENDOTHELIAL DYSFUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH ESSENTIAL ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION COMBINED WITH 2 DIABETES TYPE 2 DIABETES
abstract The invention relates to a method for the diagnosis of type of endothelial dysfunction - ED in patients with arterial hypertension, including the determination of the concentration of endothelin-1 in blood plasma by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, in patients with essential arterial hypertension combined with type 2 diabetic additionally spectrophotometric method using the Griss reagent determine the sum of the concentrations of nitrites / nitrates by the formula NO2 + NO3 = NOx, then calculate the coefficient of endothelial dysfunction - KED by the formula KED = ET-1 / NOx, where ET-1 is the concentration of endothelin-1, fmol / ml; NOx is the sum of nitrite and nitrate concentrations, µmol / l, and if the KED value exceeds 0.28 and does not exceed 0.45 conventional units, the initial degree of endothelial dysfunction is diagnosed, with a value of 0.46 to 0.72 - a compensated degree of ED , at value (0.73 - decompensated degree of ED.
