titleOfInvention METHOD OF MODELING DOSAGE SKIN INJURY OF SKIN OF III STAGE BY LABORATORY RATS
abstract Method for modeling dosed burn wound of grade III skin in laboratory rats involves analgesia of an experimental animal by the action of injectable ketamine anesthesia in an amount of 10 mg per 1 kg of animal weight, followed by preparation and formation of a pre-shaved area of skin of the desired area in the interlobular area of the animal, fixation of the animal to the subject object equipped with a tripod with a plate mounted on it with a shaped hole for additional fixation of the animal, holding the plate lower, freely sliding along the axis of the state Wu, additional fixation of the desired area of the skin of the animal, treatment of pre-shaved animal skin with a 40% solution of ethyl alcohol and creating a burn wound of the skin area. The burn wound of the skin is created by applying chemical burn to the prepared shaved skin of the animal, for which use a disposable syringe with a needle filled with 10% nitric acid, where the cylinder of the syringe is fixed in the upper part of the tripod stand by means of a holder, the hole of the plate for additional fixation of the cotton pad, and for the contact of the needle of the syringe and the cotton pad, the area of which is equal to the area for chemical burn. The holder of the syringe locking cylinder is lowered, the syringe plunger is pressed by extruding 0.5 ml of nitric acid through the needle of the syringe onto a cotton pad to provide direct contact of the active substance to the animal's skin and for 5 seconds maintain a cotton pad on the animal's skin.
