titleOfInvention ANTIBODY COMPOSITION TO CD105 AND ITS APPLICATION
abstract The invention relates to a composition comprising from about 25 to about 100 mg / ml of antibody to CD105, from 10 to 20 mm buffer agent, to about 240 mm polyol and a pH from about 4.0 to about 5.5; where the buffer agent is acetate, histidine or phosphate, where the polyol is sugar, and where the composition maintains the stability and effectiveness of antibodies to CD105. The invention also relates to a pre-filled syringe suitable for intravenous or intravitreal administration comprising the composition and the use of the composition in the formulation of a medicament for the treatment of angiogenesis-related disease.
