| abstract | The invention relates to the chemical industry. The installation includes a vertical column having the upper and lower parts, as well as the middle part, the inner space of which is a catalyst-filled reactor, limited from the top and bottom by the support grilles, inlets for supplying the reactor with triglyceride feedstock and low molecular weight alcohol, for condensation of alcohol and water vapor, a condenser of water-alcohol condensate separating alcohol to irrigate the top of the catalyst, a distiller located at the bottom of the column with yhidnym pipe to drain the tank in the finished product. The installation further comprises a reactor heating jacket, a triglyceride mixer heater, an alcohol steam generator, a steam distributor located below the reactor and connected to the steam generator, a U-shaped flow regulator of the reaction mixture and the level of the reaction mixture connected to the inlet of the distiller located at the top of the column, and the outlet - with the capacity of the finished product, a distillation apparatus located between the reflux condenser and the reactor. EFFECT: invention improves installation efficiency, improves the quality of biodiesel. |
