titleOfInvention | METHOD OF MANUFACTURE OF NUBUK HYDROPHOBIC SKIN |
abstract | A method of producing hydrophobic nubuck skin involves neutralization, filling, two-stage dyeing, deepening, greasing and grinding of the skin. Before neutralization, the skin is chrome-plated with tanning agent, in the process of filling use synthans based on dicyanodiamide urea-condensate at its consumption 3-5%, melamine-urea-formaldehyde condensate at its consumption 3-5%, solution of polyacrylates at a flow rate of 3-5% grease based on emulsified synthetic oil at a flow rate of 4-6%. The first stage of the two-stage dyeing is carried out on the bath in which the filling was carried out, at the same time with the addition of synthetic tanneries at a flow rate of 6-8% and vegetable tanneries at a flow rate of 3-4% and a mixture of dyes at a flow rate of 4-5%. In the second stage of dyeing is carried out painting with a mixture of dyes at a flow rate of 0.8-1.2% without the use of penetrating agents with the fixation of organic acid. After two-stage staining, double wash and hydrophobic grease are carried out with a mixture of fat materials at a rate of 7.5-9.0%, followed by chromium tannery, drying, double heavy, pressing at a temperature of 40- duration 5-7 sec., Subsequent grinding and in two passages of grinding of the facial layer of the skin, brown toning with a colored mixture of dyes with a flow rate of the coating mixture of 45-55 g / mt application of a hydrophobic mixture with a flow rate of 50-60 g / m. |
