abstract The invention relates to a method of producing a pharmaceutical composition based on ciprofloxacin hydrochloride and dexamethasone for use in ophthalmic and otologic practice, including dissolving in water for injection of sodium chloride, tiloxapol, wetting of the micronised substance of dexamethasone, perexamethasone; water for injection of hydroxyethyl cellulose, filtration and sterilization of the resulting solution; ysloty glacial acetic, boric acid (to pH 3,8-4,8) and ciprofloxacin hydrochloride, adding separately prepared solution benzalkonium chloride and disodium EDTA, sterile filtration of the solution - aseptic mixing hydroxyethyl cellulose solution, a solution of ciprofloxacin and excipients and dexamethasone suspensions.
