abstract | The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, and in particular to a method for refining secondary crude lead from copper. The method of refining crude lead from copper is carried out in two stages, and at the first stage, lead is decontaminated by segregation - cooling of crude lead from 800- to 600- and removing dry slips, re-cooling to 350-370 ° C and removing fatty slips, and at the second stage perform thin decontamination of lead lead with a mixture of sulfur S powder with MeS arsenic or antimony sulfide in the ratio (MeS: S) = 8-12, humidity 3-5 wt. %, which is placed in molten lead with a stirrer in an amount of 3,5-mixture with arsenic sulfide or in the amount of 3,3-mixture with antimony sulfide on copper, removed at a temperature range of 480-. The invention provides a reduction in lead losses by reducing its content in slips, reducing sulfur dioxide emissions and increasing the environmental safety of this production. |
