abstract The method of obtaining yolk chicken antibodies to aflatoxin B1 involves its introduction to biological objects. Laying chickens are administered aflatoxin B1 conjugated with carrier protein and adjuvant at a dose of 0.5-1.0 ml subcutaneously to the lower neck and breast muscles for 1.10 and 20 days of the immunization cycle, followed by obtaining egg yolk of diagnostic immunoglobulins.
