titleOfInvention | METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF METHANE AND FERTILIZERS |
abstract | A method of producing methane and fertilizers involves collecting concentrated biomass of blue-green algae from the reservoir waters of the Dnieper cascade during their "flowering" for use as a substrate in biogas production technology. Algae phytomass is served from the spots of their accumulation in the reservoir to the concentration column by self-flow, then settle. The pure water is returned to the reservoir, and the cyanobacterium concentrate is fed to an anaerobic digester chamber, where it is subjected to methanogenesis under conditions of temperature 20 and even stirring. During the fermentation, the gas mixture is collected in a gas holder, and the solid-liquid-phase substrate is removed from the anaerobic chamber by self-flow and sent for drying and briquetting where fertilizers will be obtained. |
