titleOfInvention METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING INDICATOR FOR OPENING AND SEMI-QUANTITATIVE DETERMINATION OF MANGANESE IN WATER
abstract A method of manufacturing an indicator for detecting manganese in water involves treating a paper or cardboard substrate with solutions 1 and 2, as well as drying. Before treatment with solution 1 on the substrate is applied a dry mixture of potassium periodate and barium sulfate, as solution 1 is used a buffer solution with a pH of 3.6-3.8, and as solution 2 is an indicator solution containing malachite green, rhodamine 6G and dimethylglyoxime in acetone . The invention relates to the analysis of materials by determining their chemical properties, in particular qualitative and semi-quantitative determination of manganese content in water.
