Sauryl oil with free fatty acids content of 5-20 mg KOH / g is used. The neutralization is carried out by carrying out the esterification reaction with concentrated sulfuric acid - 1.5% by weight, for 2 hours. at a temperature of 60-65 ° C with constant stirring with the separation of water and alcohol. Methanol and sulfuric acid are taken in a 6: 1 molar ratio and sent for transesterification with the addition of methanol and a KOH catalyst. |
