titleOfInvention METHOD OF DIAGNOSIS OF EARLY KIDNEY INJURY IN STRAPTOTOTINOTINCINATED DIABETES IN RATES
abstract A method for the diagnosis of early kidney damage in streptozotocin-induced diabetes mellitus in rats by early diagnosis of renal impairment in diabetes mellitus based on changes in urine before proteinuria appears. At the same time, streptozotocin at a dose of 70 mg / kg was administered intraperitoneally to experimental male rats at the age of two months and stained histological sections with bromphenol blue according to the Mikel Calvo method in a strongly acidic medium. As a result, proteins with different ratios of amino and carboxyl groups are colored differently. Color is estimated using microspectrophotometry based on the R / B coefficient. With an increase in the R / B coefficient compared with indicators of intact animals, early kidney damage is diagnosed in rats with streptozotocin-induced diabetes mellitus.
