abstract | The invention relates to a method for producing alkyl-2-alkoxymethylene-4,4-difluoro-3-oxobutyrate (VI) EMBED MDLDrawOLE.MDLDrawObject.1 \ s, (VI) where R is methyl or ethyl, from crude alkyl-4 reaction mixtures, 4-difluoroacetoacetates (I) EMBED MDLDrawOLE.MDLDrawObject.1 \ s (I) by a) reaction of EMBED MDLDrawOLE.MDLDrawObject.1 \ s alkyl acetate, (II) ROM alcoholate, (III) where M is a sodium or potassium ion, and EMBED MDLDrawOLE.MDLDrawObject.1 \ s of alkyl difluoroacetate, (IV) without additional solvent to obtain enolate (V) EMBED MDLDrawOLE.MDLDrawObject.1 \ s, (V) b) release of the corresponding alkyl-4,4-difluoroacet toacetate (I) from enolate (V) with an acid, c) removing the formed salt from cation M and the acid anion as a solid, and d) converting (I), without isolation from the crude reaction mixture, into alkyl-2-alkoxymethylene -4,4-difluoro-3-oxobutyrate (VI), and a method for producing 1-methyl-3-difluoromethylpyrazol-3-ylcarboxylates VII EMBED MDLDrawOLE.MDLDrawObject.1 \ s (VII). |
