The invention relates to the field of biology, to a new antibiotic containing mimetic antibody, method for its production and use. The new antibiotic consists of a mimetic antibody and colicin, or contains a mimetic antibody and a collicin-forming domain, where the mimetic antibody covalently attached to the C-terminus of the colicin peptide, or the colicin-forming channel domain, where colicin is selected from the group Ia, consisting of Ib , A, B, N; wherein said mimetic antibody was obtained by fusion of two hypervariable regions (CDRs), VHCDR1 and VLCDR through a cognate frame region (VHFR2) of the immunoglobulin; where the immunoglobulin specifically recognizes bacterial pores. The new antibiotic can be used to produce drugs for the destruction of Diplococcus intracellularis, vancomycin-resistant enterococci, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus or multidrug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa. |
