abstract Method (10) for processing fines of manganese ores, this method is characterized by the following steps: (i) preparation of raw materials (12) fines of manganese ores for the manufacture of at least two fractions of it (14, 16), (ii) supplying a larger (16) of two fractions to the cyclone circuit (18) for a dense medium, which includes a sealant (20), into which the upper product (22) of the cyclone circuit is fed; (iii) presenting fine (14) of the two fractions to the density control circuit (24) to remove side fraction (26) with a size of less than 10 μm and the provision of sludge with a relatively constant density for the following processing steps, (iv) presentation of the sludge from step (iii) to the high-intensity wet magnetic enrichment (MVMZ) loop (28) (v) product presentation from the MVMZ loop (28) to the dehydration step (30), and (vi) a combination product from the dehydration step (30) and from the cyclone circuit (18) for a dense medium as the final product (32).
