abstract The present invention relates to substituted 4- (tetrazol-5-yl) quinazoline derivatives of formula I or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, which have antiproliferative activity, such as anti-cancer activity, and are, therefore, suitable for treating humans and animals. The present invention also relates to methods of producing substituted 4- (tetrazol-5-yl) quinazoline derivatives, pharmaceutical compositions containing these compounds, and their use for the preparation of drugs for antiproliferative action on a mammal, including humans.
