abstract A method for the diagnosis of colon polyps involves performing a colonoscopy to patients with colon lengthening. To study the structure of the polyp, exclude invasion, assess regional lymph nodes, perform endoscopic intracanal ultrasonography by inserting a thin endoscopic ultrasound sensor through the colonoscope instrumental channel into the intestine.
