titleOfInvention Improvement of high voltage transformer structure of potential therapeutic device
abstract This creation is related to the improvement of the structure of a high voltage transformer of a potential therapeutic device, in particular to a high-voltage transformer with high efficiency, low energy consumption and light weight for voltage conversion of a potential therapeutic device. The high-voltage transformer with improved structure of the high-voltage transformer of the potential therapeutic device is composed of a disc coil, an iron core and a fixing member; the iron core is a C-shaped block body; and screw holes are respectively arranged at two ends of the fixing member. During assembly, the two ends of the disc coil are respectively disposed on the two iron cores, and then surrounded by the fixing members around the circumference of the two cores and fixed by bolts. This creation improves the large volume and high weight of the traditional high-voltage transformer, so that its volume is reduced, the efficiency is improved, and the disk coil is uniformly and tightly wound on the iron core, so that the transformer reduces the air gap and greatly reduces the probability of magnetic leakage. Moreover, it has the advantages of low body temperature, low temperature rise and low self-consumption temperature, and has considerable practicability.
