abstract This creation provides a support for implantation in or between bones of an individual. The support is a hollow sleeve and has expandable elasticity. It is in a contracted configuration before implantation in a bone. It expands into a diastolic configuration after implantation into the bone. The present invention also provides an implant assembly including the support and a restricting member for restricting expansion of the support. This creation also provides an implant system applied to an individual spine of a vertebral body, including: the support as a first support; and as needed, a hollow sleeve inside the relaxed configuration of the first support, including one or A plurality of the supports. This creation can nest several of these supports to the required support force, and improve the known defects of single-size implants causing peripheral nerve injury or insufficient support force.
