titleOfInvention Water and ethanol extraction of green algae antioxidant component embedding structure
abstract The present invention relates to a multilayer embedding structure for embedding water and ethanol to extract green algae antioxidant components, comprising a granular mixed particle core, a vitamin E layer, an emulsion layer, a protein layer and a waterproof layer. The embedding structure is composed of water and ethanol extracting green algae antioxidant components, and the extract has anti-oxidation and anti-aging functions. Through the embedded structure, the extract can maintain the characteristics of being stable and not easily damaged by gastric acid, and can be absorbed in the intestinal tract, thereby increasing the stability and absorption efficiency of the extract. The embedding structure comprises a granular mixed particle core, the core core embedding water and ethanol to extract the green algae antioxidant component. Vitamin E is coated and fixed on the surface of the core of the granular mixed particles to form an oxide exchange layer with the aqueous antioxidant component. The emulsified layer is coated and fixed on the surface of the vitamin E layer to assist the extract to form chylomicron in the intestinal tract to be easily absorbed. The protein layer is coated and fixed on the outer surface of the emulsion layer, and the water-repellent layer is coated and fixed on the outer surface of the protein layer. The multi-layered structure protects the activity of the antioxidant component of the extract. Through the layered embedding structure design, the water and ethanol extracted from the coated mixed particles can be released in the intestine, and retain antioxidant and other functional activities. The active extract is active. After the intestinal tract is absorbed, it enters the tissue fluid and blood to provide body health and enhance antioxidant and anti-aging functions.
