titleOfInvention | Light-emitting diode structure |
abstract | A light emitting diode structure comprising a first semiconductor layer, a second semiconductor layer, a light emitting layer, an insulating layer and a light angle expanding layer. The second semiconductor layer is on the first semiconductor layer, and the light emitting layer is between the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer. The insulating layer has a first portion and a second portion connected to each other, and is respectively disposed on a side of the first semiconductor layer with respect to one side of the light emitting layer and a side surface of the first semiconductor layer, and the second portion is in contact with the second semiconductor layer and the light emitting layer. The light angle increasing layer is disposed on the second semiconductor layer, has a light emitting surface opposite to the second semiconductor layer, and a light incident surface facing the second semiconductor layer, and includes a plurality of first dielectric layers and a second stacked in a staggered manner The dielectric layer, the first dielectric layer and the second dielectric layer have different refractive indices. |
