An electronic device includes a first substrate, a first electrode, a second substrate, a second electrode, an electrochromic material layer, a sealant and a light shielding pattern layer is provided. The first electrodes is disposed on the first substrate. The second electrode is disposed on the second substrate. The electrochromic material layer is disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The sealant is located between the first substrate and the second substrate and surrounds the electrochromic material layer. The light shielding pattern layer is disposed on the first substrate. The light shielding pattern shielding the sealant, at least one portion of the electrochromic material layer, at least one portion of the first electrode and at least one portion of the second electrode are staggered. |
