abstract | The present creation relates a multi-layered Hyaluronic acid (HA) artificial skin, comprising: a HA spongy wound dressing without crossing-linking agent of releasing layer and a HA spongy wound dressing with crossing-linking agent of retaining layer. The HA releasing layer can release oligosaccharide HA in early stages of wound dressing to promote cell proliferation and migration and to enhance the angiogenesis. The HA retaining layer can retain HA and release in later stages of wound dressing to reduce the scar tissue formation and enhance the epithelization. The present creation can be applied in the patients with diabetic ulcer. |
