titleOfInvention Laser device having high wavelength conversion efficiency
abstract A laser device includes a laser light source module, an optical output module and a pulse-type driving circuit. The laser light source module includes a sleeve with a laser diode disposed therein and a carrier with a wavelength converter and optical output module disposed therein, wherein the sleeve and the carrier can provide tri-axis alignment in order to make the wavelength conversion efficiency increased. The optical output module includes a filter lens, a beam-splitting lens and a photo detector, wherein the photo detector is located between the filter lens and the beam-splitting lens and is parallel to the emitting direction of the laser ray for detecting a laser ray power of a part of a laser ray reflected by the beam-splitting lens to the photo detector and generating an optical detection signal based on the intensity of the received laser ray, wherein a reflecting angle between an emitting direction of the laser ray and a reflecting direction of the part the laser ray is more than 50 degrees and less than 90 degrees. The pulse-type driving circuit can provide pulse-type driving signals to drive the laser diode in order to save the power source, and automatic power control function to adjust dynamically the working current of laser diode in order to maintain a constant power of output laser ray
