abstract | There is provided an improved, two-stepwise continuous device which transforms agricultural biomasses into biogas. The device comprises an aerobic/facultative anaerobic and an anaerobic bioreactors. The operative elements in the aerobic/facultative anaerobic reactor are a sealable upper lid and a mechanical stirring apparatus reactor, in which consists of aerobic/facultative anaerobic microorganism such as Trichoderma spp., Bacillus subtitles, Saccharomyces spp., and/or Acetobacterium spp., etc. The microorganism hydrolyses agricultural biomasses and generates organic acids. The anaerobic reactor is designed to contain absolute anaerobic microorganism such as Methanobacterium spp. And/or Methanobacterium spp., etc., so that the reactor may be used for methane production by transformation of organic acids, hydrogen, and carbon dioxide produced by the previous reactor.
