abstract A nucleic acid detecting apparatus comprises an isothermal space provided in a reactor, an excitation light source and a video-capturing device. In the space, there is at least a reaction tube receiving a reactant required for isothermal nucleic acid amplification and real-time quantitative analyses. The excitation light source is settled in the reactor and illuminates the reaction tube with light emitted thereby. The video-capturing device is also set in the reactor for acquiring signals coming from the reactant in the reaction tube.
