abstract |
The present invention provides a film-forming composition for forming a film having excellent adhesion to a resin on a metal surface, and a surface-treated metal member provided with a film formed using the composition. The film-forming composition is a solution containing an amine group-containing silane coupling agent, metal ions, and halide ions. The metal ion is preferably copper ion, and the copper ion concentration in the solution is preferably 0.1 mM to 60 mM. The amount of Si in the solution is preferably 30 or less in molar ratio with respect to the amount of Cu. The pH of the solution is preferably 2.8 to 6.2. |
