The present disclosure discloses an anti-inflammatory composition ncomprising extracellular vesicles derived from yeast as an active ingredient and an anti-inflammatory composition comprising extracellular vesicles derived from a food comprising yeast as an active ingredient. In one aspect, the yeast may be Saccharomyces cerevisiae . The anti-inflammatory composition suppresses or inhibits the secretion of the inflammatory mediators tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) or interleukin-6 (IL-6). |
