abstract A manufacturing method of buffer pad and a buffer pad are provided. The manufacturing method of buffer pad includes a mixing step, a calendaring step, fitting embossing steps, and a maturing and pressing step. In the mixing step, fluororubber, modifier, vulcanizing agent, and acid absorbent are mixed to form a mixed rubber. In the calendaring step, the mixed rubber is calendared on opposite sides of a glass cloth layer to form two mixed rubber layers. In the fitting embossing steps, two embossed fabrics are attached to the two outer surfaces of the two mixed rubber layers that are relatively far away from the glass cloth layer, then respectively remove the two embossed fabrics to form cloth-like patterns on the two outer surfaces,. In the maturing and pressing step, two fireproof cloth layers are respectively pressed on the two outer surfaces to form a semi-finished product, and the semi-finished product is vulcanized to form the buffer pad.
