The present disclosure relates to a composition for promoting angiogenic nactivity comprising exosome-mimetic nanovesicles derived from adult stem cells and which overcame the problem of conventional exosomes derived from adult stem cells, and a method for producing the exosome-mimetic nanovesicles derived from adult stem cells. The exosome-mimetic nanovesicle is a nano-sized vesicle included in a filtrate of adult stem cells obtained by sequentially passing adult stem cells through two or more membrane filters of different sizes, a large size filter first and then a small size filter. |
