The object of the present invention is to provide an oxide sintered body and an oxide transparent conductive film that can obtain an oxide transparent conductive film that exhibits lower light absorption characteristics over a wide wavelength range and has low electrical resistance. The present invention uses an oxide sintered body having indium, hafnium, tantalum, and oxygen as constituent elements. When indium, hafnium, and tantalum are respectively In, Hf, and Ta, the atomic ratio is Hf/(In+Hf +Ta) is 0.2at%~3.0at%, Ta/(In+Hf+Ta) is 0.02at%~1.3at%. |
