Wherein, the dental plaque removal component includes yeast organic zinc prepared by reacting yeast with zinc gluconate. The invention also provides a method for preparing the yeast organic zinc dentifrice composition. The yeast organic zinc dentifrice composition has better plaque removing effect and whitening effect, and has low sensitivity to teeth and oral cavity.
