abstract |
The present invention relates to a peptide capable of binding to rheumatoid arthritis autoantibodies. It consists of any continuous 10-25 amino acid sequence composed of SEQ ID NO: 3-4、7-13 or 16-19. The peptide fragment has antigen-binding site for rheumatoid arthritis autoantibody binding. Further, the peptide fragment bound by the rheumatoid arthritis autoantibody is used for detecting rheumatoid arthritis, and according to the use, the present invention provides a method for detecting rheumatoid arthritis disease and a kit for determining whether the individual is suffering from rheumatoid arthritis disease. |
