abstract | The present invention relates to a treatment method for smoothening the surface of an oyster shell, including the following steps: A. cleaning the oyster shell with water; B. preparing an organic acid solution with a concentration of 7.5% to 17.5%; C. heating the organic acid solution to 55℃ to 85℃; D. immersing the oyster shell in the organic acid solution and soaking it therein for 3 to 5 minutes to dissolve and thereby smoothen the surface of the oyster shell; E. taking out the oyster shell and rinsing it with water to remove the residual acid from the surface of the oyster shell. As a result, the surface of the oyster shell is smoothened, and the waste organic acid solution after treatment will not pollute the ecological environment. |
