The present invention provides a conductive material with excellent resistance to high potential and strong acid environment and high conductivity, an electrode material using the same, and a fuel cell. In addition, a manufacturing method for easily and easily obtaining such a conductive material is also provided. The present invention is a conductive material, which is composed of titanium suboxide powder and granules. The composition of the titanium suboxide powder and granules is represented by TiO n (n represents a number from 1.5 to 1.90) and is of rutile type. The crystalline phase is the main phase, and the brightness L* of the L*a*b* color system is 35~45. |
