abstract | The invention provides an asymmetric encryption and decryption method based on a gene chip, the encryption method includes: obtaining an original information, converting the original information into a binary coding; preprocessing the binary code to obtained a binary matrix; obtaining an encryption key, the encryption key includes at least one kind of gene expression solution; arranging a gene chip with the gene expression solution, according to the arrangement of the binary matrix. The decryption method includes: obtaining a decryption key by a detecting gene expression method; obtaining a gene chip to be decrypted, decrypting the gene chip by using the decryption key, and obtaining a decryption binary matrix; obtaining the decrypted binary code by ndoing an inverse process on the decrypted binary matrix; the binary code is converted into the original information. |
