abstract The present disclosure relates to a lung cancer diagnosis reagent and kit. The reagent or kit contains a detection reagent for HOXA7 gene methylation. The detection reagent or kit of the present disclosure has a sensitivity of 88.6% and a specificity of 95% for lung cancer in sputum, and the detection sensitivity is higher than existing lung cancer markers, especially for lung adenocarcinoma. The substantial improvement has great application value for the diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma.
